NM Art & Design website

with ESH gruppa

NM Art & Design is a gallery and interior design studio focused on craftsmanship and artistic integrity. The project was created to bring its gallery and interior design practice into a digital commerce experience.

Outcome

The website launched as the gallery’s new e-commerce platform and was subsequently prepared for submission to design competitions and presentation across social media platforms.

Challenge

NM Art & Design needed to present and sell objects online without losing the sense of craftsmanship, curation and artistic value.

Concept

The concept was built around giving the imagery the leading role and keeping the site design from distracting from the objects. This shaped the information architecture as well as the visual approach, with large-scale imagery, deep zoom interactions, and editorial compositions designed to let users explore each object in detail.

Collaboration

We worked closely with the gallery throughout the project to align on the direction and adjust our approach as early as possible. I led these presentations, while also preparing specifications for both development and motion design.

Wish Wish

At HSE Art and Design School

Wish Wish is an application for vinyl collectors to buy and sell records. Developed as my graduation project, it combined brand identity and product design. I led every aspect of the project, from concept development and research to UX, UI, and validation.

Outcome

Subsequent MVPs tested the record-listing flow and generated more than 150 interactions, with 50 people applying to get a desired record. The project evolved from an initial concept into a validated product direction, combining a distinctive brand identity with a product experience shaped by research and iterative testing.

Challenge

The challenge was to understand how vinyl collectors behave as both buyers and sellers, and what influences their decisions when discovering, buying, and selling records. I conducted user surveys and more than 20 interviews to identify key behaviours, motivations, and concerns, then translated these insights into product flows.

Concept

The brand identity was built around the idea of finding a desired record as a wish coming true. This led to a visual language inspired by the symbolism of the falling star, which became a recurring element across the identity and digital experience.

Collaboration

I started by defining hypotheses and exploring the market through trend analysis, benchmarking, and competitive research. Several rounds of user research, including surveys and one-to-one interviews, helped validate these hypotheses, refine the understanding of user behaviour, and uncover key concerns within the community. I translated these findings into core user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, iterating on the application across multiple stages. MVPs were used to test specific assumptions with real users and progressively refine the product direction.

Ritm website

With Breadhead

Ritm is an independent record store with a curated selection of music. I joined the project to shape key pages and refine the overall experience. The goal was to create the store’s first e-commerce platform and make it a central channel for sales and customer acquisition.

Outcome

We created Ritm’s first e-commerce platform, built specifically around the way people discover vinyl records and shaped by a distinctive visual and interaction language. The website became a central sales channel for the store, with conversion increasing 2.1× compared with external marketplaces.

Challenge

The main challenge was to create an e-commerce experience that could compete with established marketplaces while addressing the specific needs of vinyl buyers. We explored what matters most when discovering records and translated our findings into the structure of the catalogue and search experience.

Concept

The goal was to reflect Ritm’s character and extend its identity into the digital space while keeping the experience focused on conversion. We moved beyond a conventional e-commerce template, introducing unexpected interactions and unconventional visual elements.

Collaboration

We worked closely with the store owner to understand Ritm’s business and its customers. I took ownership of key pages, including the homepage, while preparing specifications for both development and motion design. I also contributed my expertise in vinyl purchasing behaviour to polish the product experience.
